Phase II

• Vehicle is schedule for repairs
• Vehicle disassembled and reinspected
• Supplemental damage report written, if necessary
• Supplement approved
• Additional parts ordered, if necessary

Phase III

• Vehicle set on underbody repair equipment
• Structural and body repairs
• Panels installed
• Corrosion protection re-applied to repaired areas
• All metal work inspected, initial test done

Phase IV

• Vehicle preped, primed, and blocked
• Masked and taped, placed in paint booth
• Chemically cleaned and tacked
• Vehicle undergoes multi-step refinishing process
• Re-assembly, wheel alignment, air conditioning , detailing, final inspection and test drive
